    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Leading the development team of the electric drive/hybrid drive system, it is responsible for realizing competitive indicators such as product output, torque, efficiency, NVH and cost.
    - In a development process of an electric drive/hybrid drive system, demand needs are decomposed and broken down to appropriately distribute system demand to each subsystem.
    - Provide an overall design plan for an electric/hybrid drive system, guide powertrain structure integration design plan, guide powertrain cooling/lubrication overall design, improve powertrain efficiency, improve NVH performance, and reduce VE costs.
    - Responsible for platforming and productivity of the power train and its components.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - Have mastered the power train system design of electric vehicles and have a deep understanding of the power train system. Have at least five years of work experience in the power train system field.
    - Familiar with EV electric/hybrid drive system design, motor and reduction gear design, and mature design experience in powertrain housing, cooling lubrication, and NVH development. At least one of the previously designed products must have been mass-produced in existing vehicles.
    - Understand the key points of the structural design of the reducer and grasp the basic design and cooling of the motor, insulation system, and inverter design points.
    - Have insight into the planning direction and competitiveness of the powertrain/hybrid system, and have a sense of responsibility and mission to create advanced products.
    - Understand the competitiveness and commercial value of a powertrain or three-electric system solution.

1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
