    ◈ 직무 개요
    - To build a technical architecture and platform of a motor by matching power train requests according to different vehicle models.
    - Plan the topology, electromagnetic, heat, and strength of the motor for the future electric vehicle, and optimize the design based on the requirements of the entire vehicle.
    - Contribute to design standards and patents to build the core competitiveness of the industry.
    - Develop motor-related technologies through cooperation with the outside world.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - Have a deep understanding of the system by taking control of the design of the three-electric system of electric vehicles. You must have at least five years of work experience in this field.
    - A person must be familiar with motor design for electric vehicles and have experience in mass production of at least one motor in the products designed in the past in existing vehicles.
    - To be familiar with the latest technologies, NVHs and design methods of motors, and to have a deep knowledge of electromagnetic design, heat dissipation cooling, and motor structure in particular.
    - Have insight into the planning direction and competitiveness of the motor, and have a sense of responsibility and mission to create advanced products.
    - Understand the competitiveness and commercial value of in-vehicle motors.

5. 영어 및 제2외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분이라면 우대
6. 신입 : 현업 경력 5년 이상 / 경력 : 헤드헌팅 업무 1년 이상

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
