    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Analyze the system requirements, be in charge of the design and development of ball screws used in the chassis system of passenger cars, propose a design plan or a manufacturing process plan, and introduce it to mass production. Responsible for establishing a test plan and solving problems for newly developed ball screws.
    - Promote a new ball screw development project development plan and establish ball screw product design norms and design capabilities within the team.
    - Understand new technologies in the ball screw industry, plan technical research projects, and formulate and implement cost reduction measures through VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering). Consequently, the effective operation of the ball screw product design development system is supported and realized.
    - Develop a patent strategy for ball screws based on the direction of innovation of ball screws and analysis of industry competitors.

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - A person must have extensive experience in designing ball screw products and components, and must have experience in leading the development of mass production products.
    - Priority is given to those who have experience in developing ball screw products for in-vehicle chassis (brake, suspension, steering).
    - Priority is given to those who use drafting software such as AutoCAD, CREO, and CATIA and have experience using simulation software.
    - Be familiar with ball screw product design, dynamic analysis, metal material processing, market application status, supply chain and cost information.
    - To be familiar with the design process and manufacturing process of ball screw products and to be able to formulate a design plan by considering factors such as vibration noise, thermal deformation, and fatigue durability comprehensively. 
    - Those who can communicate in Chinese(Japanese) or English

1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
