- Achieve the area sales targets
- Identify and maximize the business potential of his stores
- Maximize sales by department (category) in line with company strategy
- Empower SMs: give them responsibility, delegate and expose
- Motivate/Retain staff
- Ensure people collaborate, share information and work for the good of the team
- Identify FTE needed to maximize the sales
- Ensure an efficient use of the CRM for clienteling
- Uphold respect of BV standard and procedures
- Stock Optimization
- Evaluate Competitors (Read Corporate Analysis, do Mystery Visits and coach SMs)
- Develop effective networking across the Area and ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business sector trend
- Ensure SM work in building effective relationship of his staff w/new and existing customers
- Ensure excellence customer service in alignment with PRID
◈ 경력 요건
- At least 5 years of retail manager experience in fashion & Accessories
- University degree
- Must be Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
