◈ [Responsibilities]
* As the EC Sales Manager of Naver Store, the following responsibilities will be assigned.
- Strategic planning and execution to maximize sales and profits
- Analyze a wide range of data in e-commerce business marketing (including monitoring of various KPIs for campaign initiatives and advertisement operations)
- Creation, distribution, and improvement of online advertisements (including negotiation with external companies)
- Provide internal consulting to each business unit to maximize sales in each product category.
- Collaborate with other teams responsible for logistics operations, inventory management, and customer support.
◈ [Qualification Requirements]
- Required
At least 3 years of related experience
- Experience on contributing to direct performance growth through e-commerce sales channel operation/management
- Ability to think through and implement strategies/tactics and frameworks
- Communication skills to work well with multinational teams
- Business-level English proficiency (speaking ability for communication within the workplace)
- Native-level Korean language skills (equivalent to TOPIK level 6 if Korean is not your native language)

- Experience in e-commerce (Coupang, etc.) or digital industry
- Experience in a venture or start-up company
- Experience in consulting firms
- Experience related to BtoC business or BtoBtoC business
- Experience in launching a new product or service with a small number of people or alone
