  • 내용
    ◈ 직무 개요

    - Technical lead of software verification testing on assigned projects.
    - Responsible for leading the planning and execution of software verification and validation for endoluminal surgical robot.
    - Oversees the management and review of software test plans and test reports.
    - Lead the continuous integration and continuous delivery for test automation strategy (CI/CD).
    - Owns requirement to testing traceability
    - Use virtualized test environments and internal/external automatic testing tools to ensure that software requirements are implemented correctly.
    - Oversees documentation of all software verification aspects test infrastructure, non-product software, test plans, test cases, and test reports.
    - Project management of software testing deliverables, ensuring proper scope, resource allocation, planning and scheduling.
    - Reviews and improves the testing processes, ensuring best engineering practices and compliance to IEC standards and quality management system.
    - Manages software test engineering team in Seoul, South Korea
    - Provides coaching, mentorship, and development needs to individual team members.

    ◈ 경력 요건

    - Demonstrated ability to manage testing teams on complex medical devices.
    - Experience working directly with hardware on embedded systems, including tests related to the timing of digital signals on a PCBA.
    - Understanding of test automation, CI/CD, and script generation.
    - Experience with DDS (Data Distribution System) protocols preferred.
    - Experience with pytest preferred.
    - Ability to concisely communicate status, needs, forecasts, risks and timelines effectively to executive team and all levels of the organization.
    - Knowledge of FDA Medical device software life cycle processes, IEC 62304 within medical devices.
    - Must understand the complexity of the business and be able to navigate and communicate effectively within a matrix structure at the site and global level.
    - Has experience in working in high performance organizations and has a proven track record of developing high performing teams and fostering a positive culture with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
    - Must be a detail and goal orientated, self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and works well across the matrix with cross-functional teams in Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Marketing, among others.
    - Ability to travel internationally.
    - Experience with the development and commercialization of medical device software, preferably robotics.
    - Fluent in English, including excellent technical writing skills.
    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree within engineering or related field is preferred.
    - Minimum 15 years of software development and/or software verification experience in a regulated environment. 
    - Experience in leading and managing multiple complex projects

1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
