    ◈ 직무 개요
    - Output business budgeting/accounting management/finance Analysis/forecast
    - Identify and control the financial risk of project, control and increase the deliver cost efficiency
    - Finance environment and process construction and implementation, internal control and executor.
    - Provide financial support to help decision making in project bidding business 

    ◈ 경력 요건
    - Basic knowledge of finance Planning Budgeting and Forecasting
    - Familiar with the knowledge and method of project management.
    - Basic knowledge about contract terms/international trade
    - Proficient in MS office , other basic computer operation skills
    - Professional skill of business Plan/Budget/Forecast, such as budget preparation, monthly performance review and forecasting, financial performance management
    - Provide business improvement and optimization suggestion from the financial perspective to promote the achievement of operating targets
    - Effectively maintain relationship with internal and external, understand business operations and be able to use the knowledge in financial management; skillfully use and execute relevant financial rules and regulations.
    - Active problem solving, ability to work under general direction and pressure; Fast learning, ability to master new knowledge and system through general training , can do the work independently

4. 추천서 작성

1. 인재채용 및 인사 업무 관련해서 관심이 많은 분
2. 서치펌 경력이 있거나 기업 인사팀에서 경력이 있으신분
3. 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
4. 탁월한 데이터 분석 능력을 가지고 인사이트를 도출하실 수 있는 분
5. 영어 및 제2외국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분이라면 우대
6. 신입 : 현업 경력 5년 이상 / 경력 : 헤드헌팅 업무 1년 이상

근무 조건은?
1. 근무형태 : 프리랜서
2. 근무지역 : 서울 강남구 삼성동 도심공항타워(23층)
3. 인원 : 약 70여명 헤드헌터
4. 근무시간 : 10시~18시 (주5일)
5. 내부 ERP시스템을 통해 합리적인 업무 방식
