◈ 경력 요건
- 15+ years of luxury retail leadership experience with a keen financial and strategic understanding of the business, preferably in a multi store environment
- Experience in business planning and management, projects analysis and implementation, business processes applications. Thorough knowledge of
sales/distribution processes and applied selling/commercial skills
- Relationship focused and strong ability to build collaborative partnerships with department stores, cross functional teams, peers and stores
- Comfortable with ambiguity and strong ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, complex environment (multiple stores, responsible for large teams)
- Excellent people leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to inspire, develop and empower teams
- Fluent in English
