◈ 직무 개요
- Main communication interface for projects between the company and customers
- Assure duly delivery of contracted work packages with profitable execution
- Lead technical support to customer requests and assure high customer satisfaction - Financial(Budget/Revenue) planning and tracking - Report Project and budget/revenue status to managers regularly - Strategic customer development planning with sales - Forster synergies between projects/in the same region and/or for the same customer - Assure reputation of the company by providing high-quality of engineering service - Develop business cases of engineering services including all company's service portfolio
◈ 경력 요건
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar education
- 7+ years of experience in management of technical projects
- Structured way of working and able to define structured reporting including definition of technical and non-technical KPIs - High level of proactivity and flexibility to get things done - Able to take over the lead for project teams in case of customer escalations - Fluent in English and Korean language - Good communication and presentation skills
