◈ 직무 개요 - Drive growth and profitability strategies at the accounts in responsibility. - Manage all commercial aspects such as sales forecast, pricing, customer approvals for new products, and cash collection in coordination with internal functions. - Survey the market trend to anticipate customer request. Contribute to new technologies proposal and support product team in front of the customer to develop the portfolio product. - Establishes strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understands customers’ processes, business drivers and organizational models. - Follows our sales process using internal tools and knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintains a healthy opportunity funnel, drives opportunities to closure and evaluates performance to goal. - Qualifies customer opportunities, engages the appropriate resources and coordinates the solution design to impact the customer’s decision process and presents solutions to the customer - Maintain and enhance existing business relationship through and develop new business with OEMs and Tier customers - Develop, negotiate, and monitor contracts and pricing strategy for new and existing business opportunities - Prior experience calling on these OEMs highly preferred – KIA, Hyundai, DAEWOO, SSANG YONG, Renault Samsung, Etc. - Ability to travel including some international
◈ 경력 요건 - Engineering/Technical Background. - Sales experience in automotive market. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. - At least ten years of related experience required. - Fluent in English, Korean - Strong communication skills, enabling a good and deep customer relationship.
