◈ 직무 개요
- Site KPI management including target set-up, assessment and leading review meeting regularly - Leading & supporting RBMK streamline program (Idea generation / Project initiation / Performance monitoring)
- Implementing OE domain initiatives in RBMK & develop the best practice to share with other site (Digitalization, automation, and Lean-Six Sigma)
- Leading assigned project related to continuous improvement or cost saving
◈ 경력 요건
- Bachelors or Master's degree in engineering area with more than 9 years of experience in the industrial environment. - Leadership or project leadership experience especially in problem solving area
- Experience in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, TPM, Idea
- Good at LEAN-Six Sigma/ Root cause investigation methodology ( Green Belt or Black Belt experience is highly preferable )
- Excellent in English communication skill(Written / Verbal / Presentation)
- Highly be motivative & motivate to others
- Superior in leadership skill
- Good at initiation, organizing, and planning skill
- Excellent in coaching and influencing to others
- Be good at collaboration & team work
