1. E-BUSINESS - Drive e-business with entrepreneurship : efficiently managing e-business channels in line with the brands positioning and identify / develop e-business touchpoints - Develop annual and quarterly strategies and initiatives to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Manage and align content across all e-business touch points to ensure the best digital customer journey: e-merchandizing, category groupings, site search filtering and categorization - Manage e-Business budget to ensure the best ROI - Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, customer service, planning and logistics to ensure the customer needs and to achieve all objectives - Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team - Regularly review and report e-Business KPI - Guide CRM, media and marketing teams to drive e commerce traffic and sales - Manage site efficiency 2. Strategic communication with Global HQ(NY) - Proactively communicate with global HQ whenever needed about market need, request and alignment - Follow up global and local e-business projects 3. Team development - Advise the team’s objective setting and performance review by coaching and feedback
◈ 경력 요건
- University degree - Min 10 years of online marketing experience in e-commerce and cosmetic industry, preferred having the experience of launching new commerce channel and site - Managing skills in terms of leading the E-commerce business and related projects - Sales result driven and proactive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry, - Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English - Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications
