◈ 직무 개요- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
- Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design and analysis.
- Manage annual salary increase process and provide compensation package for job offer to the candidates.
- Review and reconcile monthly payroll by closely corresponding with payroll vendor.
- Manage yearly budgeting process and provide personal costs analysis accordingly.
- Facilitate and control compensation and benefits data administration and reporting via Success factors and other related compensation administration tools.
- Conduct monthly closing of labor costs and prepare requested documents for finance audits.
