- Have experience in developing an in-house learning system/program and conducting training programs. - Good at both in planning and operation - Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in P&O (HR) Especially, HRD/L&D - Prefer a Learning & Development Specialist Proven track record in the design and deployment of wide-reaching employee engagement, learning & development and OD initiatives that have enhanced business performance - Experience in multinational company is preferred
