Customer Support Engineer
외국계 IT 솔루션 개발/서비스 전문 기업
팀장급(차~부장),중간관리자급(과장)
직무 개요
- Deliver excellent support to clients and partners
- Engage and interact directly with our clients to build partnerships and be their go-to person
- Listen to and intake the client’s technical challenges, identify potential hotspots, and work with the internal engineering and design 
teams to provide solutions
- Own and drive the resolution of technical issue with the platform

경력 요건
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in client technology support, computer system, storage, network, or cloud administration 
2 to 3+ years of experience in technical support or system administration, supporting internal or external clients within enterprise corporate environments 
2+ with AWS or a similar cloud infrastructure     
A basic understanding of data center servers, storage and networking technologies, microservice architecture, and software
development life cycle is a plus 
Experience with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a plus 
- Good command of English
