◈ 직무 개요
- Support financial projection and analysis (Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting, and Annual/Long-term Planning) - Work with business/operation team to identify risks & opportunities
- Prepare in-depth financial and operational analysis of the monthly financial results, and work with business/operations to understand the drivers causing the budget/outlook versus actual variances and provide recommendations and corrective actions when necessary
- Support developing robust reporting package and KPIs to support the on-going management of our business
- Support communication of financial result and analysis of monthly performance to various stakeholders
- Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analysis
◈ 경력 요건
- Over 5 years of working experience in Accounting or FP&A area - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
