* SQA Engineer performs internal Verification & Validation activities for the SW system in the surgical robot software development project and is responsible for the distribution of the software.
 * Supervisory Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor, the work of SQA technician

- Provide training and feedback as needed Duties/Responsibilities
- Should Be able to perform root cause analysis and follow work plans to meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment
- Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope
- Analyze and review SW requirements in the early stages of development
- Writing test plans and report for surgical robotic systems
- Writing test cases and scenarios
- Establish of test environment for internal SW system verification and validation
- Perform internal SW verification or validation, and identify SW defects
- Report the defects found along with the path of the defect and discuss with the relevant departments how to resolve the defect.
