직무 개요
- Develop key growth sales strategies to incorporate customers' requirements and value-added opportunities through collaboration with global IQS
- Set and manage sales essential KPIs including opportunity, forecast, order, revenue, and profit
- Strongly collaborate with service and application team for providing customer centric solution
- Understand customers' culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure, key decision makers, installed base, and IQS competitive strengths and weaknesses
- Build strong IQS sales organization aligning with IQS strategy to seize new opportunities

경력 요건
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, marketing, sales promotion, or strategic planning with technical products 
- A minimum of 5 years managing a cross-functional sales team 
- Key account manager experiences with proven sales success records 
- Experiences working in a global company matrix 
- Automotive, Electronics especially Measuring industry experiences (PREPERRED)
o Financial Acumen to understand the business, marketplace, and customer’s financial state
o Technical knowledge to understand IQS technological strategy and its effect on sales strategy
o Direct feedback skills to keep the teams moving forward
o Relation building skills to liaise with all levels, technical and non-technical
o Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a good business sense
o Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders including global
o Strong analytical skills with attention to detail & conceptual skills with structured thinking and approach
o Enthusiastic in nature with the ability to motivate and lead a team
o Learning agility & situational adaptability to better manage new and difficult situations under pressure
