직무 개요
<Responsibilities>
- HR operations including payroll (local & expatriates), employee data integrity and benefits administration
- Recruiting, new joiner on-boarding, relocations and off-boarding process
- Partner with overseas HR teams to execute various HR initiatives
- Act as business partner by providing HR advisory and services to the clients
- Keep abreast of the employment regulations and practices in Korea to ensure full compliance with regulations and mitigate any potential risks
- Participate in HR projects which involve change of existing HR policies and procedures

경력 요건
<Requirements>
- 10+ years of human resources experience
- Expertise in payroll, data management and HR operations of all employee life-cycle events
- Experience in client coverage including consulting client groups in a fast paced environment
- Organized, attentive to details, a team player with interpersonal skills and professional ethics
- Effective in accomplishing objectives through positive influence and persuasion to the clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean as well
