직무 개요
• Coordinate and schedule Managers’ calendars/diaries
- Schedule/reschedule meetings as priorities shift, often at short notice, communicating changes to Managers and all impacted participants
• Provide logistical support for all meetings
- Conference room scheduling, set up, meal ordering for internal meetings
- Preparation of meeting materials (printing, binding as needed)
- Provide production support if needed
• Coordinate all travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations
• Maintain Manager’s contact database in Outlook and CRM database. Ensure contacts are resolved and classified appropriately in CRM. Coordinate Manager’s electronic/print mailings and event activity
• Compile and submit time and expense reports according to established schedule
  - Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies
• Organize and maintain Manager and case team files
• Provide back up support for other MAs as needed

경력 요건
- Knowledge of personal computers and their software applications; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills to balance competing priorities in a highly demanding environment
