1. Business Responsibilities
- Achieve total and subgroup sales revenue target and system placement KPIs for Life science & Sequencing business.
- Create annual sales strategy and plan to achieve the target and monitor the progress.
- Sustain and increase market share.
- Develop overall Life science & Sequencing sales strategy and communicate with distributors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish overall strategy by providing market insights and ideas.
3. Distributor / Channel Management
- Establish appropriate distribution channel in sales territories and create appropriate distribution strategy to control the channel.
- Regularly check the distributor’s performance and take action for improvement.
- Manage deals with direct-sales customers, leading Key Account Representatives.
4. Key Customer Management
- Establish higher level relationship with key customers.
- Engage in the important deals with key customers and provide management decision.
- Represent the sales team of Life science & Sequencing for internal issues and in communications with other departments.
- Provide forecast, analyses and sales report to Head of BA
- Cooperate to establish internal processes to support sales activities.
◈ 경력 요건
- Degree in life science or similar related subjects (At least Bachelor)
- Education in strategic sales, business administration (desirable)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of sales and marketing in the bio research or medical field or Sequencing related field.
- Understanding of basic molecular biology technologies and applications.
- Result-oriented and strategic with both micro and macro view of the market.
- Proficient inter-personal skill to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent in analyzing financial figures and efficiently use relevant tools e.g., excel, access.
- Integrity in business operation to serve for the best of the company and customers.
