- Responsible for OEM business activities including prospecting, qualification, strategy, solution selling, forecasting, pricing and licensing models, negotiating contracts, royalty management, and overall account management. · Accurately forecast and execute on revenue commitments.
· Actively engaging in executive negotiations to close business.
· Develop and implement goals, tactical and strategic plans for sales and marketing.
· Fully functional knowledge of integrating Stratus technology into OEM’s products and services and negotiation/structuring of OEM Contracts.
· Creating custom licensing and pricing models based on the OEM Partner’s go to market strategy
· Prospecting into Machine Builder World by demonstrating the value of Stratus solutions within the Total Cost of Ownership value proposition.
· Manages and sells in to larger and complex accounts.
· Interact with executive-level customer/partner decision makers, to include up to CXO levels.
· Travel: up to 50%
◈ 경력 요건
- 8-10 years of experience selling embedded software/hardware and commercial use solutions.
- Proven track record of over-achieving targets in an OEM Sales role with an enterprise software sales or hardware company.
· An excellent communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. · Self-driven with an excellent work ethic.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
· Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
· Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
· Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
· Complete, “big-picture” understanding of the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
· Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set and compels others to get on board.
· Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
